Which hotel is nice, clean and with good service?
In Egypt, there is apparently a difference in the criteria for determining the stars of the hotel, I don’t know, but it is a fact that some of them are four stars, and correspond to five and vice versa, while others have as many stars as they have on the documents. After all, the most important thing is that it is clean, the food is good and the service is good. Every time I give as advice that if you are coming for the first time, it is not worth paying a lot of money for a hotel and I immediately answer why?
You certainly don’t come to sleep in the hotel during your entire stay and most likely want to explore Luxor, Cairo, go on a yacht trip or somewhere else. This means that most of the time you will not be at the hotel and you will even miss lunch, dinner or breakfast. So where is the point of paying for an expensive hotel?
In case you have already come and visited the more famous excursions, you can already book a more expensive hotel because you will be there most of the time. Even if you go on a new excursion, there will be time for relaxation and beach time at the hotel.
Of course, this is my opinion, and what you choose is entirely your decision.
I emphasize that the hotels I list are according to the rating given to me by the customers:
Desert Rose, Bellagio, Long Beach, Jasmine Palace, Titanic Palace, all Albatros hotels, all Jaz hotels, all Sunrise hotels.
The only advantage of these hotels is that they are in the center of Hurghada, but so far: Bella Vista, SeaGull, Mina Mark, Regina, El Basha
Last but not least, I must note that you should pay attention to the location of the hotel, whether it is in Hurghada or not. For hotels outside the city, an additional fee is paid for each excursion, regardless of which company you go with, and in my opinion, you can easily save it, unless you have come on a complete vacation and will not be going anywhere.
I am listing the towns that are not in Hurghada and, accordingly, what is their distance from the center:
El Gouna – 38 km. ; Sahl Hasheesh – 27 km. ; Makadi Bay – 38 km. ; Soma Bay – 59 km. ; Safaga – 62 km.
