• The day before the transfer, we will contact you to inform you about the exact time of pickup from the hotel to the airport.
• For hotels outside Hurghada in Safaga, Soma Bay, Makadi Bay, Sal Hashish, an additional fee is payable due to the long distance.

For reservation we need:

• airport, terminal, flight number, what time it arrives / or departs /, from where the plane arrives / to where it departs
• Which hotel you are leaving from and your room number
• Which hotel should they take you to
• Name of one of the passengers
• how many people
